By accessing or using the Water Wash Pressure Washing website (waterwash-pw.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or our services.

Services Description

Water Wash Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, paver sealing, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, and fence washing across Seminole, Orange, and Osceola County, Florida. Service availability and scope are subject to assessment and mutual agreement prior to commencement of work.

Free Estimates

Estimates provided through our website, by phone, or in person are free of charge and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins. We will not commence service without your explicit approval of the quoted price.

Scheduling & Weather

While we make every effort to honor scheduled service appointments, exterior cleaning services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. In the event of a weather-related reschedule, we will communicate with you promptly to arrange a new appointment at your convenience.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing, which may apply to commercial contract clients with pre-arranged billing schedules. We accept payment by the methods communicated at time of booking.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All services are backed by The Water Wash Promise: if you are unsatisfied with any area of our service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific area of concern as it existed at the time of the original service.

Limitation of Liability

Water Wash Pressure Washing will perform all services with reasonable professional care. Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from surfaces in poor condition prior to service, or losses beyond the direct cost of the service performed. We carry general liability insurance and will provide certificates of insurance upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the State of Florida.
